Morning: Woke up just in time to get ready and head out to my 11:00 run with Liz.

Lady Bird Lake: I am still use to the old name 'Towne Lake.' Today was a beautiful, cool morning to be busting my out-of-shape body to a healthy, fit one.  The scenery there is truly nice.  I walked and jogged my 3.5 miles. Yay me!

Lunch: Mighty Cone.  After our run, we had some Purple Pig, Veggie Slider, and some ACL freebies. All those cones were a bad idea because we ate way too much.  We had to walk South Congress to feel better.  SoCo always have a great boutiques and shops to browse around.  At the candy shop, we saw a lot of weird, old-school and tooth-aching yummies.  Liz happened to stumble upon a huge jaw breaker that was ten dollars.  She was good to go with her bad of assorted salt-water taffy. Speaking of salt-water taffy, I cannot wait till I sink my teeth in some taffy at the boardwalk in November.

   We went to another store, Monkey See, Monkey Do, where they had nothing but cool toys.  It was not your average KB-Toy or Toys R’ Us toy store.  It was unique and fun.  It was a great toy store for us to laugh and be humored. I have bought couple of stuff there as gifts and always received great compliments. One day I will be hosting a dinner gathering with “Snap-a-Party” for everyone just for the fun of it!

Domo: Domo lead me in a bad direction.  I had stopped at 7-eleven to get some gas and was side tracked by Domo Slurpee advertisement.  Got suckered. The cup was not cool at all. It was a stupid paper cup. Not only was it a stupid paper cup, the Crystal Light Peach Mango Fusion was nasty. Two sipped and the rest danced in the garbage.  What a waste.  Whatever happened to my favorite Cherry flavor?

Field Trips: MiMi looked really cute in her dress today. Had to capture a photo of her looking cute!

Dim Sum, Drink Sum: Jeni and I went to happy hour at Fortune Seafood Restaurant, http://www.fortuneaustin.com/HH_Oct7/ , for Bacardi Dragon Berry Promotion. It was nice. Earl Grey Please: The night was winded down to some nice organic early grey with milk. Spider House http://www.spiderhousecafe.com/ is always a great place to just chill, chit-chat and get some work done. Their music choice is always thumbs-ups from me!

Recap: Overall, my day has been very productive and I got to spend it with my two gals. I got my car back today.  It felt so good to be driving my gas-guzzler again, or is it?  I have been craving Mighty Cone’s Purple Pig for a while. I am glad that I was able to satisfy my craving.

Vinyasa: Started my day with my fourth yoga session.  I was late going to BlackSwanYoga by five minutes.  Alternative: Bodhi Yoga http://www.bodhiyoga.com . Being my first class, I was really excited. To my disappointment,  I had to struggle through a "commercial teaching" style from the instructor who just was not good.  I am not an expert but I do know what to expect for beginners.  Dharma Yoga and Black Swan Yoga still tops my list.  I want to introduce yoga to my mom. Those two studios are the only studios in Austin that I want to have her experience her first yoga at.  Even though I had paid for unlimited one week pass, I am hesitating if I want to try another instructor there or not. I felt like I had received a Lu-Ann version of yoga. First impression does make a difference. I might try again tomorrow morning just to be fair.

Either way, it was still a good workout because I made it a good workout. Lu-Ann made me crave Luby’s for lunch.

Lunch: Luby’s Cafeteria.  I picked up some almond baked fish and sides which hit the spot.  Luby's changed so much over the past year. From service to how the food is being presented, I still like the old school Luby's better. Lu-Ann specials are never a bad deal, not excellent, but good, kind of like yoga this morning.

Good News: The dealership called telling me that my new radiator will be coming in tomorrow therefore I will get my baby blue back! I like the gas mileage on the Kia, but I can do without.

Today, I found a flower blooming. Love Crayola Twistables!! I wonder why we did not have these growing up in grade school.

I guess a refridgerator would not be complete without some Chinese Take-Out huh? For lunch I had picked up some really crispy McD's chicken nuggets. Only once in a full moon do I eat McD's.

ACL. Packed! Saw so many people walking with their chairs and backpacks walking toward Zilker Park. Next year, ACL will be part of my Sunday schedule.  This year we are too busy at the store me for to do the whole 3-day fesitval. Though I have to admit that the line-up this year is awesome. I missed out on the Yeah, Yeah, Yeahs and Phoenix.

I have been craving crap puffs. Crave demolished! Parents eating some take-out Pho for lunch.

I had received 2 different Wedding Invitations. I am attending only one.  Booked the ticket tonight on Southwest.com. I had realized that I still had $196.00 credit from a ticket I have not used. n i c e ... I still need to book a return flight though that is later.

The worst feeling ever today was the feeling of not wearing closed toe shoes.  I had a bottle drop on my foot. The tiny bruise does not look bad, but the pain is horrible. The bruise eventually became ugly. Did not want to capture that. I choose not to! :)

For dinner, I bought some Pork Tenderloin Medallions from Buenos Aires. I am glad that I chose to eat a good dinner.
