Day 10 Food First

Early in the morning, first off we head to buy food. :)

Went to the outside market to buy some fresh chicken, fruits and tofus for lunch and dinner.

Breakfast with my grandparents is at Quan ut Dong Da. Got the meatballs with bread as an appetizer and killed it with Hu Tieu Mi.

It has been almost 9 years since I had stepped onto VN soil. It has also been 9 years since I have seen my grandparents. I am taking advantage of her home cooked meals!

One of my favorite things to eat is fresh bananas that is ripe from the tree and sugar cane to munch the sweet out of it.

I miss the beaches in Oahu, so I decided to go to Long Hai to the beach. It was not the same. Being there around 4pm, the water was really warm and shallow regardless how far out I swam. I too the trip with my cousins. A lot of buddhist temples are built around the beaches here.

After a decent swim, I had to hurry back to eat Ga Ruu Ti (chicken) that my grandmother made for me. Hit the spot let me tell you! I love grandmother's cooking.

I live off my World Clock

There is so much more going on a night in the city. Love the lights everywhere. I think that is the reason why there are power outages within the neighborhood.

Fresh yogurt comes in a cute little bottle! Yummy too. They have flan but topped off with espresso and served with ice over it.

Karaoke time! I am asian. It is in my blood to mic hog and sing.

They had a unique chip bag. Flavor: Bo Luc Lac Texas (Shaken Beef, Texas Grilled Beef Style). Hahaha.

Note :: It is not good. The shrimp chips are way much better.
